Course Description

This workshop will focus on how to use principles of process design and analysis for helping knowledge flow across the enterprise. A knowledge management governance focused on processes and roles will be introduced and used to support the interactive exercises.

Through this course, participants will learn: 

  • Common knowledge management terms and definitions
  • The six best practices for putting knowledge in the flow of work
