It’s time to gain control of your knowledge and treat it like a strategic business asset. APQC’s 3-day immersive Knowledge Manager Certification Course helps participants harness the power of knowledge to drive efficiency and improve performance. Participants will gain practical insights and learn best practices, methods, and approaches to enable knowledge capture, transfer, and reuse in their organization. Throughout the course, participants will utilize APQC’s foundational knowledge management assets to identify and analyze knowledge needs and gaps based on real-life scenarios. Participants will acquire the necessary skills to develop customized approaches to meet specific objectives.

To be certified, you must:

  • Attend all 3 days in person from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Participate in team/group activities
  • Submit work products from course activities
  • Present a work plan of how you will apply learnings to a project you select
  • Pass an end-of-course assessment

Depending on the client’s need, Darcy works with organizations to assess capabilities and performance, develop strategies and action plans, drive improvement projects, and conduct training and workshops.

Executive Director, Client Solutions

Cindy Hubert

As an executive director of client solutions, Cindy Hubert brings both a strategic and pragmatic approach to designing solutions for APQC clients by bringing together all aspects of APQC’s capabilities to solve real problems. Over the past 20 years with APQC, Cindy has provided the leadership and oversight to more than 500 client projects around the world involving transfer of best practices, benchmarking, knowledge management, and process and performance management using APQC's proven methodologies. Cindy has helped innovate, develop, and implement APQC’s knowledge management methodologies, and led the development and implementation of APQC’s Levels of Knowledge Management Maturity® framework in 2007. This framework is used by organizations globally to guide, develop, and execute their KM strategies and approaches. She was later instrumental in APQC’s creation and launch of its Interactive KM Framework and KM Capability Assessment Tool.
