Course Design and Curriculum

Process mapping is more than just creating a flowchart or process map. There are numerous approaches which serve different purposes and audiences. The power of process maps spans the life cycle of any process, from design, to performance, and subsequent evaluation and continuous improvement. This course will discuss common types of process maps and demonstrate best practices for their creation and use based upon real examples from APQC engagement with organizations like yours.

This course has self-paced lessons and assignments that must be completed prior to the live session. The live session will summarize each of the self-paced components of the course offering additional hints, tips, and examples. The live session will be recorded and made available for 30-days after the session. Additionally, we will respond to questions from participants during and after the live session.
