Our ability to understand, plan for, and support change are often critical success factors to achieving and sustaining expected outcomes. This course provides a comprehensive overview of Change Management in the context of knowledge management and process management within organizations.
Participants will delve into understanding why we manage change, the dynamics of change, assessing readiness, crafting effective change strategies, implementing change, sustaining momentum, and reflecting on personal commitments for application in their own organizations.
Through a blend of APQC research and best practices, frameworks, practical tools, case studies, activities and discussion, participants will gain insights into navigating the complexities of change and help shape successful transformations. By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to support organizational change efforts as a practitioner, engage leaders, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
