Course Description

This course will focus on the critical elements of community of practice (CoP) design and tips and techniques to help you plan your organization’s CoP strategy. Participants will engage in conversations and activities that address CoP strategy and structure, alignment with stakeholder needs, CoP roles, support, and engagement, and key activities for designing and sustaining CoPs.

This course will teach participants:

  • Best practices for designing a CoP
  • The importance of promoting and sustaining CoP activity
  • Best practices to assess the health and effectiveness of CoPs
  • How to set up a network of knowledge-sharing practitioners
